    Making things popular!

Hey all, I see threads getting closed coz they think heat maybe generated in it. I personally thought, why?? Being a wrestling/MMA fan i always thought the place which generates heat will get into mainstream/popular. For me, heat attracts peoples results in more views, users, etc. I see many people say this forum community is a minority. How a community in an official forum be minority?? Is it a mistake of the officials? I was interested in few threads that had constructive arguments not just fights as many thought but it got closed I could be wrong, i could be too young to say these things. I just wanna clarify few things so i kinda started this thread.

    Thanks,

When The Rock pummels Triple H into oblivion with the People's Elbow and People's Eyebrow, Vince McMahon intervenes, stops the match and reschedules it for the next big ticket event, like Royal Rumble.

    Something like that

I think it is somewhat pointless to close some threads when they don't take the direction desired by those in charge of the Delete / Close button. The myth that what gets said here isn't a true reflection of how global players feel outside of this Forum has been dispelled by the complaints on the official FaceBook page as of late. If you weed out the repetitive "where's my diamonds for maintenance", "we need more axes and saws", "we need a machine to make planks from dead trees", "join my derby champ hood", etc then what you are left with is pretty much the same as is being said here. Yet on the FB page it isn't quite as simple for censorship to take place. Or for people to show their true colors as some did in a post in a now deleted thread last night. If that was a Facebook post, it would have generated a real grit storm...

Going abit off topic, being a stone cold fan i never liked the rock n never considered the people' elbow as a finisher. Its just like hulk hogan's leg drop. Second, i was so into CM Punk coz he was doing something similar to stone cold n outta nowhere a "part timer" rock beat CM Punk. It ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me off, booking decisions sucks there. So i wasnt talking something like that.

I was talking about the event like survivor series 1997 when vince screwed bret. Its still been remembered as "Montreal screwjob"

Lol off topic indeed. Ultimate Warrior FTW. The Hulkster lifting Andre the Giant was my favorite WWF moment

But back on topic...Robin's right. This forum is a subdued version of what is being said on FB. Would be interesting if some of those peeps found their way here. This place would be an inferno tho...can't have that!

Yes but something stuck me when they say an official forum of a game doesnt have the majority of its customers. When i first joined this forum, i thought its a complaint box. But really is it jus for complaining? Some of em may use it as a complaint box but many of us do more than jus complaining. Its a nice place share our views, opinions, ideas, etc. Lets not jus conclude tat its a subdued version of fb or twitter.

It was a complaint forum back when I joined in 2013...nothing really has changed. Only difference, I was a newbie to the game/forum and didn't understand what all those complaints were about. Now I know

I seem to recall at one point this forum wasn't even "official". Maybe my memory is failing me though.

Of course the odd thing is that while it is now official and there's a Sub Forum entitled Bugs, it really doesn't get used to solve any bugs with people always being told to contact support which is probably something they already did in the first place.

well for a starter I'd think the occasional post by someone on the development side in the "Ideas & Feature Request" Forum would show a lot of good faith. Even something simple like the odd "we thought of that but can't do it because.." or, "this wasn't on our planned ideas but if it is popular we might be able to.." Just something to show that there is a reason for having that forum to interact between the customer (us) and the provider (SC). Some people over the years have had some excellent ideas. Some have had numerous superb ideas. But it is like there's no audience outside of the customer base listening.
