Um, sorry, but that isn't happebing, you also need a little more information and maybe some pictures. But your suggestion is nice, maybe suggest a new level to the dragon instead.
I like this, it would help bring back air attacking and would be cool. Maybe it's ablily would be volcanic breath, which would spawn two dragons and the legendary dragon would spew flames at any buildings nearby, completely destroying them.
other possible names: Dragon King, Dragon Lord, Sky Terror, Fire Bird....
