Idea for social friends and global chat

Hi I would like to suggest an idea I came up with my friend. I only just posted this so if anyone has already posted this idea please message me and I will give you credit.

Idea for social:

I think we should add a feature where we are able to attack our social friends and keep a record of them maybe. Reasons for this is that you just want to try attacking your friend for a little surprise, or prove to him that you can beat him.

Global chat:

I think we should add a global chat for each country because many people may want to hop on on Global chat and then they see people talking a different language and they probably have to wait to find someone who at least speaks the same language as they do. Or have a chat on a certain league because they can give tips and could me a more reason to push.

I agree with that 100℅ I'm from south Africa and would like to chat to people in a south african group chat makes better chances to recruit more clan members. A must change.
