When your base is attacked by a complete or near complete complement of troops and they are unsuccessful (ie you successfully defend your base), I believe you should receive at least an 8 hour shield. The attacks will often happen while you sleep. The first attack sets off your traps and empties your clan castle AND they get loot. Then, you are often attacked again, right after (and still sleeping), as the new attacker knows you have been recently attacked by the residual troop gravestones. This second attack comes in and destroys the base and takes EVEN MORE loot, as there are no traps or clan castle troops. Supercell, a shield given for the above would level the attack field. Thanks.

I completely agree, some sort of shield should be given after each attack... You make a very valuable point about the traps and Clan Castle troops. 👍
