Supercell created this bug so that people update this game and Halloween theme will be removed.
Same problem yet again. Feel clash players are becoming second class citizens. Supercell seem to be focusing more on Clash Royale.

The optional update will hit AppStore soon , that will fix it, we need to be patient.

why introduce an update when you know it isn't working, only to get your customers to install an updated update an hour later?

Barracks Glitch
The Glitch Has Arise Again Of Barracks As It Was When The Halloween Update Arrived, As Can't Drag Cooking Troops.
There is optional update available in the App/Play store. Reach the store and update the app.
If its not there, suggest you wait for sometime till it appears into the store.
I bet this was done on purpose to deal with the glitch which lets you pay 1 gem for an army with 0 resources consumed.
