Can’t shift troops in training queue in Halloween build
In the latest software update for Android (build includes Scary Pumpkin), I am no longer able to shift the sequence of troops to be trained in the queue. Once I select the troop that I want to move, the icon shifts slightly lower on my screen and I am unable to change the sequence. The only way to solve this frozen icon problem is to exit the "Train Troops" screen. This glitch is a significant disadvantage to those affected.
Same thing happens in the queue to brew spells. Glitch makes it impossible to change sequence of spells in queue

It's not OK to update manually. You reset all the training time on troops in the queue just to change the sequence.
You have to download and install the update from play store.
You get the pumpkin wether it's downloaded or not, but the update will fix the training bug

This thread is so long that the answer got lost - so thank you! Maybe consider deleting this thread as it's the first one that pops up in google
I have the latest update, but the troop training still seems a bit buggy. If I do an attack quickly and come back and put another lot of troops from quick train, they them "jump" the queue. So now I have my finished troops in red to the left on in training queue waiting for the new troops to cook...

you just have to install the optional update they released after maintenance. This will resolve all problems
