I can't move the army in my army training que after the Halloween update, when I try to move the required army the coc app is getting crashed

As you have the same problem as the OP, you too should try the solution that worked for them.

Recently a day or two ago I noticed that I am unable to reorder my army in the new army quick train window. I verified the issue in my wife's phone and saw that the problem is persisting in her phone too.

I'm sure this is a bug. Please fix this issue soon as I am / We are unable to reorder the army while training them.
