Post Halloween update you cant move troops in queue anymore. They get stuck and half disappear. Happening on both my iPad village and Android village. Comeon Supercell! Dont you guys test this garbage at all?

Indeed re-ordering no longer works (after the Halloween update). I am on Android...

when i drag giants he just go down and stock and look carefully the ( - ) dash sign or negative to reduce the troops is not there, what i did is close and open the training and delete my line up so i can train giant 1st..

It will return if you install the optional update in the store. See the sticky thread at the top of the forum.
Edit: they shouldn't move at all if you haven't done this. If you have installed it and it still doesn't work please post this in the bugs forum.

They caused that to fix inztant train glitch. It was costing them gem purchases
Troop order can't be changed when trying to change the order the troop icons stick or get dragged down under the boost button
