At TH7 I now pushed up to 1300 trophies where I find nice amount of loot but the issue is I'm farming and trying to get both gold and dark elix

I need more gold so I see lots of tips on BAM ARMY but I don't want to spend any dark elix because that's being saved for barb king upgrade. So my current stratagy is 8 giants lvl 3 - 80 barbs lvl 4 - 40 archers - lvl4 - 2 healers and 6 wb
Add the Burger King and 3 lvl 2 rage spells
This is over kill I'm looting gold but want to keep the trophy count where it is
Should I use barb giant arch combo for raids then use the above to get back trophies what's the best without using minions

First, hunt for elixir and upgrade your giants and goblins.
Then hunt for gold only at the begging. Get your splash defences up (mortars,Wizard towers).
Then get up to atleast 1400 trophies. by now you should have a lvl 9 barracks.
The best way to hunt for de (dark elixir) is to raid very high upgraded th8s, use 7-9 dragons, 20 archers and 3 litghning spells. First take out one air defence (the most protected) take out the rest with archers.Then release all drags and watch them destroy the base!

As for raiding gold and elixir, try 1250 trophies. You will regularly find inactive bases.
Heres my basic farming army:

7giants
7 wall breakers
56-70 goblins
rest barbs/archers

ps.Never use rage spells, there expensive and take a long time to build.use litghning spells if needed.

you can use barb and arch only if you mostly raid full collectors. i use BAM at th9 but only ises the minions when i have to and when they count ( when they can easily get storages in the core with no wiz tower or ad to wipe them out while troops would be hamered by remaining mortars). So i only use them around once every 5 raids or so. this helps me save de.

you can also try using a handfull gobs instead of minions to take outside collectors down.

as for keeping the trophy count pick any outside th with no defense during your raid. if it is inside try to take down as many exposed building as possible and you will often be able to get 50% pf them for one star.

at th7 u can still do giants/healer very effectively at around 1k trophies since walls down there are low (dont need wall breakers at all ) and ull still get around 200k each ress even from TH6 opponents.

th8 is where it starts to get tricky with giants/healer since u dont get any good resses anymore at 1k trophies with the th penalty kicking in. and thats where i started to use bam, iam stuck at 1.4k trophies now but DE comes in enough to actually make the minions for each fight.

If you are just farming, I'd recommend dropping the healers altogether, and just use Giants, WB, Archers - add minions and/or Barbarians if you like, but really I've found archers and gobs are the core of successful resource raiding, with just enough giants and wb's to distract, open walls, etc. With enough archers and a little meat shielding, you can easily get 1-2 stars on enough bases to keep your trophies too - certainly well over 1400, you could get to 1600+ in search of more DE, if you wanted to at some point. The key is really just increasing your raiding skills, in terms of efficient use of your archers, gobs, and distractions, to get maximum loot with your 200 (or less) troops. Without a healer, you're going to skip bases that only have the loot in well protected stores, but really your best loot is in collectors that have been sitting around for a day or more... Also, skipping any healer will make your armies brew faster.

p.s. I've spent the last week farming with my TH8 around 2000 trophies, and know now for sure that it's a myth that loot dries up at higher trophies - you just have to be prepared to raid during inactive periods, hit Next enough to find inactive bases with good loot in their collectors, and win a star or two enough time to keep your trophies where you want them. At my level of bases, I brew 20 minions as well as 1-2 valkyrie per raid, and am still making surplus DE... if I were TH7, I'm sure I could achieve similar results around 1600-1800 trophies - some of my biggest raids lately, have been bases around 1950 trophies, which a TH7 could easily have found sitting at 1800, and farmed for stupendous loot as long as they didn't mind losing a few cups...

I use a fairly cheap army consisting of 200 troops. It includes:

-10 Giants
-10 Wall Breakers
-70 Archers
-60 Barbarians or Goblins
-1 Barb King (optional)

Spells:

I don't always use spells, but when I do I use Dos Equis. All kidding aside, I use:

-2 Rage Spells
-1 Heal or Lightning Spell

Though it may seem counterintuitive to raid DE with DE, it is very effective once you get the strategy down. You look for easy storages with at least 400 DE and only use minions 50% of the time you'll have no problem gaining DE with BAM. Otherwise try BAG or Dragon raids.

My next troop upgrade will be the giant to lvl 4 because its going to help with them being the distraction

My raiding issues is deploying the above army suggestions at the current trophy level where more often I'm finding lots of lvl5 walls and big defences
Especially when bases are well segmented at the core where all the loot normally sits in storages

I know about the collectors and mines trick when farming but when you say 200k available and I want all I can get I go for them but sometime only get 50k but nothing is in the storages

My healer is lvl 2 I already have lvl2 dragons I have 1 lvl9 barracks for dragons and soon a level 8 barracks so I can cook 1 healer 1 dragon at the same time

My main goal is getting gold for the walls up to lvl 7 my defences will be maxed before I upgrade my th but would like a level 4 barb with out gemming before I go to th8
