Level 8 walls are 500k gold each. So 248 of them will cost a total of 124m gold.

Assuming you have 4 storages, that will take 38401 gems or $284.94. If you only have 3 storages it'll be a bit more, but not much more.

i don't exactly know how much gold costs, i am assuming it costs 2000 gems to fill your storages from zero to 6 million gold. you will need to fill your storage
