Construção programada permite por construções para serem feitas sem precisar entrar no clash para aqueles que vão pasar um tempo sem jogar ou não tem internet podendo ser usada para quando todos os construtores ja estiverem sendo usados ou a pessoa que evoluir novamente a mesma coisa.
