I will allow anyone to be in this clan but will not be offered no free promotions at the start of joining, but is easy to earn elder. Th3+ is recommended, only to allow new players to try out the game at ease and learn, with knowledge from me and a few others. I do ask for some th8+ as well for a balanced out war.
