I trash the whole board as soon as it refreshes 95% of the time, and if what's left cannot be filled in 30 secs, or is not a jewellery, bullion bars, or high XP order, they all go as well... lol. I have a way of working the board to suit my style, and I'm happy with most of the time...

haha i get what you mean. but it takes 30 mins for a new ad to come on so im always in a dilemma to whether i should trash it and wait for a high xp one to appear or just do 2 to 3 low xp orders coz that would be equivalent to a high xp one anyway. and since going on to a new level there are so many coffee items out of a sudden and from 200 coffee beans im only left with 37!!Originally Posted by BOROYOB
Last week I took someone's advice and started stockpiling my metal bars on the smelters (not picking them up and putting them into the barn). This gave me more room in my barn, but in the last week, I have gotten only 1 order for jewelry and 0 for bars. Can anyone explain this phenomenon, or is it mere chance? did you trash everything on the board? need to trash everything so the bars/jewelry would appear.
I am just filling orders as they come up, like I usually do. It is just that the metal and jewelry orders have stopped appearing. No, I didn't go through and remove every order on the board--do you think that would be a good idea?

I have helped with this one before... The way to do it, is to totally wipe your order board clear, but leave any jewellery and bullion bar orders (obviously ticked) remaining... Depending upon on how many you have, the orders refresh as normal when you send them off... You can get 4, 5, or 6 on the trot if you get lucky... lol. 6 is the most consecutive I have had so far. I normally rattle off 20 to 30 truck orders per day for jewellery and bullion bars in my endless quest for a particular, very rare, hard to get, nearly non existent, item... lol.

so just to clarify, you trash every order on board except for the metal/jewelry bars with ticks. so what happens if they dont have ticks? do you trash or keep them?

OK, I filled a couple of orders and trashed the rest, came back later to see what I had. I ended up with 3 metal/jewelry orders that I filled (and some other ordinary orders that I was able to fill) and now the board has 9 non-metal/jewelry orders again. I think I will go try that again now...
