    I confirm that the tag that wasn't working (out of 500 player tags from my clan family) before, is now working...

    Thx for the followup Jafu!

    Kind regards,

    Renaat

    I have a problem too

    Hi, I have the same problem.. Even in https://developer.clashofclans.com/#/documentation when I type a tag or many tags (one by one , of course) I receive "no content" and "error": "no response from server". what going on ? Yet I have the right connection settings because it works with this http://vintamai.livehost.fr/pages/jsonmembre.php One example : #LV0JGYC0 also using letter O instead of zero. Are parameters or code differents ?
    thankx

    It seems we're still getting "unknownException" as an API response from the players/{tag} endpoint.

    Request: curl -H "Authorization: Bearer <key>" https://api.clashofclans.com/v1/players/%23BugattiRob

    Response: {"reason":"unknownException"}

    Am I doing something incorrectly? Other endpoints are working fine

    Edited to add that it also occurs in the documentation "Try It Out" widget

    There certainly is some bug in the API that doesn't handle well incorrect player tags. I will look into that.

    But, you are not using player tag in your example request. #BugattiRob is not a valid tag, as tags are not readable names of players, but more like unique identifiers.

    Ahh, it seems to just be a faux pas on my part. When using the correct tag, it is in fact working.

    Thanks for the help!
