The ship is anchored but the sails are set. What's that all about?
(Musing on an earlier comment) I wonder if the chain lightning rumour had some merit as an earlier concept of what ultimately became the bowler. That rumour occurred right before the bowler update and the damage that a bowler does was the first time we saw building to building damage. A change of animation would give you a form of chain lightning.
Perhaps the ship could be used in a similar method like from War of Legends. While of course its not a ship on WOL there is a feature to which one can send off their resources to a clanmate, and also a feature where you can sell your resources on a market, where someone could exchange their gold for lets say your exiler. This would be an awesome addition if it were something to this nature.

I could be wrong (probably), but did no SC say there would be no navel elements in CoC ? I believe a read that in one of the ideas forum. This ship/boat leak was mentioned sevetal days ago in General but got moved or removed ?
