Can yall make a ranking between elder and co-leader. Its hard to reward a clan member with little variations in ranking. For example. I have two member that have been in my clan long enough to rank them both to elder, but one is clearly more Superior then the other player. We are not gonna put the superior player in a co-leader position because he hasn't proven that butt they want to demote the other player because he's not as good. But a demotion just make them a regular member just like a newbie to the clan. So if we can have more ranking that will distinguish players while still rewarding them
