The requirements are Th7+. NO Rushed/Hoppers!! 1500+ Trophies. Keep the Req/Don ratio to 1:2. Elder is 300 donates, and Co is earned by trust and attacks in war. Be sure to use BOTH attacks in war if; necessary or you will get demoted or kicked.
