locked bases 24h after modifications : ONLY WHEN IN WAR PLEASE !

    Hello
when you build a new base it is locked for 24h
it's very usefull to prevent the opponents coying your warbase during a war

but when you try to test a new base , every trap you change will lock your base 24 h more. So You may need days or weeks to really test a new base in friendly challenge

may be the bases should be locked 24h ONLY when the clan is in war ?
So we could test our new bases more easily and make changes after every friendly challenge

now , we just say : " hey my friend , i change a trap position, just come back tomorrow "

I say there should be a certain percentage of stuff that can be moved without incurring the 24h cool down, like if you wanted to move a few walls or traps, or switch a defense.

I agree with the idea, and I think the 24h cool down should be removed all together. But if you believe the ability to abuse and exploit this feature is real, then your suggestion would also be vulnerable to some kind of exploit.

If you find the 24-hour cooldown useful, then you'll understand why it can't only pertain to a clan at war. Players would simply go to another clan and practice, practice, practice until they can 3-star you. If it only pertained to a player at war, players would simply go to another account and practice, practice, practice until they can 3-star you. The 24-cooldown prevents all accounts in all clans from practicing against your base. It's the only effective method.

Agreed. I've wanted a percentage changed to be factored in even before Friendly Challenges were actually released when it was first decided there'd be a cooldown. Fortunately, that's exactly what they're working on.

Unfortunately that would just make clans serious about war create a second clan just to copy bases for the FCs and practice on them endlessly.

So, though I'd love a way to avoid the 24 hour cool down, this unfortunately isn't it.

The percentage idea, however, may be...
