What many people fail to comprehend is that "Indian" is not a language. Many different languages are spoken in India, and English is one of them.

Arabic has a global. Also, perhaps instead of writing it with Devanagari, write in with Latin script. I have been lead to believe that Urdu and Hindi are mutually intelligible, however use different scripts. If they used a Latin script, it would cover multiple languages.

Most people DO comprehend that Indian is not a language.
We just want them to sort that out in their own global and not with their multiple languages in the English global.
This is very frequently requested, but number of english speaking players are in great decline based on my personal observation, so maybe the developer team is not feeling too concerned to address this issue.
