Hello,
I am looking for a neighborhood with active mature members and NO DRAMA. I am currently in a neighborhood and have finished this weeks derby with a 3190 score. I have been in a few neighborhoods where the leaders are either absent or allow too much drama thus the reason I am looking for a new neighborhood. I do work during the week but I do check in a few times during the day. I am not super chatty but I do chat. I realize every neighborhood has their own style of play, I would love to hear from a great neighborhood and see if you think I would be a good fit.

We do tasks 310 and higher.

We complete all tasks and do the extra one also sometimes if we are ahead by a lot we will not do it but we mainly do the tenth task.

Hi LauraLee,
We're rebuilding our neighborhood and are looking to bring on board active players who enjoy a slower pace, with friendly and helpful company.

Derby participation is not required. However, as a courtesy to those of us who still enjoy a little challenge, we ask that you opt out if you choose to not participate, or believe that you may not complete all your tasks.

We are a Champions League team, and although we don't chase gold trophies anymore, our goal for the derby is to do our best to ensure we remain in the CL. This means that if you choose to opt in for the derby, you must complete all tasks of 300 points or more.

For those playing the derby, we don't set early completion deadlines, nor we demand that players spend diamonds to purchase extra tasks. These decisions are up to each individual player. My only expectations are that everyone puts forward their best effort (no slackers), be considerate of your fellow teammates, and please communicate with one another about derby related issues.
As long as everyone follows these, there should be enough tasks for everyone, plenty of time to complete them, and lots of help to go around for those time comsuming tasks.

Other than that, our general rules are few and very simple: Be friendly, help your hoodies when you can, and most importantly, be respectful and polite. That's all.

We want to bring on board level 40 and up players who are English speaking and from all regions of the world. If you are interested in being part of an easy-going, friendly, and helpful CL hood, come on over and request to join.

It sounds like you would be a great fit in my neighborhood. We are super relaxed and haven't had any drama in about a year. You can chat as much or as little as you'd like. Everyone is polite and kind.

We are an old neighborhood (over 1.5 years) that has been suffering a slow decline as members fade away. I've removed a few dead farms, and would like to add 3-6 new members. We are 12 extremely chill and friendly farmers from from level 46-137. Some are chatty and some are quiet.
We require:

• All 10 tasks and a 310 point min task value in the derby. If you are busy, just opt out, no big deal.
• Be active in your town, or at least send away your townies on a regular basis.
• Be friendly, polite, and considerate.

We prefer:

• Farmers who like to trade and sell.
• Minimum level 60 (lower level is okay if you have Champion league experience)
