Boat crates filled but now empty!

Can anyone explain to me why, when I know I have filled 2 crates of a neighbour, I have gone back into their farm to fill another crate and the whole of their boat is greyed out! No crates there have asked for help and none filled! I think I'm going crazy! Has this happened to anyone else?

I found this in the help and support in game, under known issues:"Help" feature is not working properly!Seems like an old bug has found its way back into our servers, causing the Help feature to not work correctly.

If you are helping friends and the bushes, trees or boat crates revert back to needing help again, don't stress!

We are now aware that a fix is needed and we are currently trying to find the solution for the problem.

Once a fix ready, we will be sure to roll it out as soon as possible.

    Thanks for your patience.

This has been a glitch on my farm for three years at least. Since I got the boat dock opened. It seems to be fixed then suddenly it's back again. There is one other player in our NH who also has this glitch. Unless we stay at our farm and don't shop or log out of the game, our boats will stay filled. But leaving even to shop,or help another player causes the boat to go back unflagged and unfilled. Frustrating to say the least. SC compensation for one boat being filled and then suddenly empty was to gift me 9 fish pies. Really??
