    Consistently underwhelming? Agreed.
I guess if u want recycled material or new to this game...it would be EGGciting.

Players can choose not to adopt a new iOS but when an update arrives for HD, ur pretty much forced to update HD in the APP store if u want the new content. Everyone who wants and installs the next HD update is an "early adopter". So I don't understand what u mean by that.

Bugs and glitches happen, sure. It happens too consistently with this game. Testing and lots of it, in between updates, can minimize that...easily.

Have u tried DV yet? Night and day comparison.

Please note I said consistency and not consistently underwhelming. As surely as the sun rises in the east, Team Hay Day will ship out a new update filled with bugs, some fixable and some beneficial. That's consistency which I find comforting.

By early adopters, I meant farmers who downloaded the new updates as soon as they are available. The early adopters have another name, volunteer beta testers, IMO.

No, I'm too busy escaping to the tropics and don't have time to breed dragons at the moment.

U might be the only person I know who find bugs of any kind...comforting. If there were a biggest SC cheerleader award on this forum, I will definitely vote for u, Lynn. U truly deserve it

It's a shame u don't have time for DV. That's probably why u won't be able to ever see the night and day difference. I can lead a horse to water but I can't make it drink. Oh well, ur choice

My first reaction was this: Say what!? Haystacker thinks I'm the biggest SC cheerleader? At least he didn't call me a SC fanboi.

Wow, apparently, I'm viewed through the prism of my recent posts. I suggest maybe we should view each other through our posting history. I would like to point out the following posts in case some of us haven't read any of them written by me since March 2015.

    1. Prior to the June 2016 update, I suggested to high level farmers to play less often as a protest against the lack of new content from Team Hay Day.

    2. Prior to the Psychic Octopus, I was critical of the bot detection system and THD's response to farmers unjustly banned for unknowingly mimicking bot behavior. I played with an element of fear which makes HD more interesting.

    3. Pointed out THD had added a casino on our farms. It doesn't look like a casino but it's a casino for Supercell.

    4. Last year some forummates complained they were "forced" to spend diamonds to be competitive in the farm wars aka The Derby. I compared Supercell to an arms dealer and in a war, the real winners are the arms dealers, IMO. I suggested to the forummates to either escalate or stand down.

Haystacker, do you still think I'm in the running to get the Biggest Cheerleader for SC Award?

Different strokes for different folks. Haystacker, I take you at your word that a competitor's game has amazing content and the game is bug free. Evidently, they have pride in the craftsmanship of their game so I hope they continue to succeed. I wish I can say the same for Team Hay Day whose updates cannot be described as bug free.

I would like to conclude with a quote from American author Will Durant's book The Story of Philosophy: The Lives and Opinions of the World’s Greatest Philosophers:"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then is not an act but a habit."

A clothesline? Are you planning to take in laundry? If so, I have a pile of shirts that need to be washed and ironed. I can pay you in LEM.

Don't give them the idea , cos next time the new town building will be probably a laundromat or a dry cleaner service!

I figured that it was only going to be more like just Halloween and autumn decos and stuff. Do they usually have new buildings or something along those lines at this time, too? (I thought those are only done once a year???) I guess I haven't been paying attention to each update. I got the impression that new buildings, new crops etc was offered in the summer/birthday update.

I checked the HD Wikia for the history of previous versions and here are the machines introduced in Septembers of past years.

2013: Netmaker, Lobster Pool, Soup Kitchen. Summer attire removed from farm animals.

2014: Honey Extractor and Gift Shop for the town. Summer Theme has ended.

2015: No machines were introduced. Fall Theme has arrived.

2016: 9 days left in this month.

EDIT: 7 working days left because I'm speculating that like us, Team Hay Day don't work on Saturdays and Sundays.
