Problem with Derby tasks: hayday not recognising completion of Derby tasks 😡😡😡

Doing Derby tasks and it's not registering completed actions! Eg started task having to serve 17 town customers fully, have served over 17 fully but only says have served 16 and have made sure these are not customers had sent to town shops etc before task started!
A few times this has happened now an is really frustrating an annoying!! And not just town tasks same prob on fishing, collection/harvesting, help friends and order board(truck) Derby tasks 😢😡😐

We are also facing such problem in our neighbourhood derby task. Fully served 6 salesmen, 2 were pending. Had comeout of HayDay. After an hour when open Hayday and visited town the count for salesman showed as 0 as against 6. Checked in townhall, all 6 salesman were in "Going Home" status. This is absolutely rediculous and absurd and frustrating. Though its useless posting here or commenting here as I never seen a single response for any comments yet.

As useless as some think that the in-game contact us is for problems, if you are persistent and polite and include screen shots where possible, they do work to either investigate the issue or solve the problem. Complaining here only makes you feel better. If you do not contact the support team or maybe post this in the "bugs" forum it will not reach the folks that can help. Well, maybe eventually.

Sounds like a bug! The Hay Day support team is super awesome. It might be worth to contact them to see what's going on.
