I'm a new th9 and I wouldn't call my base premature th9 although I probably shouldve spent more time on th8(my walls are 7 my wiz tows are 6,4 and 4, arch tows and cannons all lvl 9 but mortars all lvl 6 ) by the time I hit th9 i had my resources maxed except for my lvl 4 de storage which had almost 50k. I think I spent them in a pretty decent way, as I got both xbows and 2 of my army camps upgraded and my archer queen(compares nothing to my lvl 10(maxed for th8) barb king, srsly i heard someone say "they should lower the de for initial archer queen to 30k seeing how barb king is better anyways", and imo that could not be more true) and soon after i saved up elixir and bought the lab. So on the main topic, the lab, i have a strat on what to upgrade first and I want your guys' opinions and what you would do instead (or if you agree). now I am told widely by my clan that using a bunch of balloons and minions works like a charm and I have tried it myself with lvl 5 balloons and lvl 4 minions(worked out decently) but was told by some, you should only need to use that if you are planning to stay above the 1800 trophy range, which i am currently not.(in the 1200-1400 range and planning to stay having both xbows im sure will deter most attckers in this range ) and I was deciding between balloons, giants, and barbarians for now(barbs mostly cuz they are the cheapest)and I kind of narrowed it down to balloons and giants since 1. I dont use barbs that much 2. balloons and giants have the biggest stat changes for a lvl 6 upgrade. I chose giants, of course, and then plan to do balloons, then minions, then barbarians, then the healer, while I build up the storage needed to get lvl 6 archers. the rest of the dark troops i dont use very much but I would probably up golems since they are what i will most likely use in thew future so i will up them, i might not even bother upping the valks or hogs, i barely use them and have already used way too much de on upping them, i might just try to up my king and queen. for spells i have upped both my rage and lightning to 5 which just leaves the heal spell(dont have jump yet). yup. thats it. sorry if this was a long and unorganized post and i feel like i digressed a lot but for those who did take the time to read thanks and I would like to hear feedback
