I have been needing something to drain my elixer..as you can see by the picture down there. What should I upgrade? My troops are maxed for th7 and even then I can't do anything of that sort for a while. I am already upgrading one barrack and I still want to raid. So tha is out of the question.

Sometimes i wonder if, when CoC updates with "bug improvements", the bugs themselves are improved..

Well if you've maxed nearly everything what exactly are we supposed to gove you advice for?.. The only two things you can use lix for is your barracks (which you said is out of the question) and mines.
So I guess do mines o.o
Once you upgrade your storages your capacity will double. Maybe start using more expensive armies, play around with some strategies and see what you can do. Otherwise just stock it up and wait for TH8, you'll find a significant anount of use for it there.
