TH 7 Full Elixir. What to do?

I'm th 7 and have full elixir, and I've maxed out everything with elixir. So other than my army, I have nothing to spend it on. I farm at 1600-1700 trophies and don't want to get raided by th 9's for my elixir. Im currently finishing my defenses before th 8, but what should I do with my elixir until then?

Train dragons and donate them to your clan members. I had close to 1 mil a few days ago. I've just been donating dragons when people requested.
How long before you have a free builder?

I have a builder now, but using him on walls. Have another one in 4 hours

Make all your barracks level 9 at least... [level 10 is for TH8s]
Make your dark barracks level 2 at least... [Level 3/4 is for THs] ?
Thats how i waste my elixir pretty much. You'll come to a point where GOLD is like 100x more impt than elixir, and your elixir will always keep peaking/maxing out... at some point during your upgrading process
