Nick, can you tell something about update process?

    I'm curious Yes.

Who thinks of new things to add...
Who is developing ideas or just saying: That can't be done on this platform, or is everything tried out?
How do you test (does it work, what influence does it have on gameplay etc)
Is there one person that says yes or is it teamplay?

    Can you tell more?

That's a good quality in a person. Curiosity has got humanity pretty far, so I am all for it.

The whole team actually. We have a backlog of ideas (mostly community requested, but also ideas from the team), maybe new ones (again, our own or from the community) and then we go through them and see which ones makes most sense to do next. We usually plan 1 year ahead, but that roadmap is very vague - mainly gives a rough path what we could do. Sometimes we "stop the press" and do something completely different than we had planned.

Hmmm.. technically our programmers could say no if it is way too complex to implement, whereas our artists can say no if our pipeline wouldn't support some heavy new art-style or something. Game designers (and the rest of the team) can also raise concerns and in worst case we vote.

Our QA handles all testing, but we have so called "team playable" sessions whenever a new feature is working somewhat. Then we discuss it in a group and decide what needs to be changed.

It is the whole team who decides, but our Game Lead has the final say if it comes to that. They usually never have to use their veto right, but could in theory.

I have a question, if it is open for anyone to ask.

Could you tell us which equipment and software you are using in the time-lapse videos?
I figure it is a Wacom of some sort, but does not look like any of their current models.

It looks like a Cintiq to me, or the equivalent. http://www.wacom.com/en-us/products/...q-27-qhd-touch

They used 2 different Wacom's, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate and 3DS Max 2015 if I recall correctly. Oh, and a PC.

Nick, one of my GC friends has raised the question - will our GC avatars disappear when GC is removed? Do you know the answer to this?

Are your team in contact with Apple regarding this? I was sort of surprised when the woman in the Apple video said GC wasn't used much anyway, (or wasn't much used anyway - I forget the exact words she used) implying it removing it wouldn't really affect anyone ...

When will you be able to give us some definite news?

To my best knowledge, your friends will still be there but you can no longer add new ones (tho it might be possible to invite through iMessages/some other system (=phone numbers)). We are looking into this.

Not sure if we are in contact with Apple about this since it seems to be pretty clear - your existing friends will stay, you might be able to add some through iMessages (or some other system), and you can delete all your friends from the device settings. We need to test this more inhouse, but that's our current understanding.

    Cheers,
