    This^

.5s aren't even a problem. Even Perma .5s, while slightly harder to take out than the th below them, aren't a huge problem.

Thank you! That's his style, best off to just ignore him.

So so someone decides to upgrade their walls first, rather than drop xbows and infernos and that's exploiting? Smh...

No. But an entire clan upgrading th regardless of being maxed just for extra troops and spells is. And thats the exploit.

SC actually changed weighting to put more weight on wall upgrades. If you max out walls & do nothing else defensively, it's probably not going to be helpful, especially since 4 level 1 quakes still knock down those walls.

I just don't see a valid argument against it. If one person does its, it's fine, but if everyone who is upgrading a th does it it's an exploit? Maxing out walls is a defensive upgrade, just like xbows is. The difference is a smart war clan prioritizes which upgrades to do first.

That's called good team strategy. It makes no sense to build heavy defenses right off the bat. Forcing your clan to go the .5 route from th8.5 onwards is just smart upgrading.

4 lvl 1 quakes will take out any wall. It doesn't really matter what level they are. Max walls don't help defend the initial ks, they just slow down the second half of the attack.

No, pay specific attention to what I said. I didn't say it "was" or "wasn't," which is what you are trying to twist the discussion into. I purposely used the word, "suspect." It is highly suspect. Now, it may turn out not to be when the war map is evaluated as a whole, but the fact remains that it likely is. Do you deny this?

Just hope all you complainers don't get the war mm algorithm screwed up so bad that .5 is pointless after the next update.
Ehh, that's not really the same thing. Extremes of most anything are problematic and I'd consider defenseless far more problematic than 0.5s. I wouldn't use the old, "You can't get a little bit pregnant" argument here, for the degree matters here and matters a lot.

That said, I say let the defenseless bases rock and roll and keep everything similar, just hope that SC overwhelmingly considers strength at/near the top of the war map. When those bases can't bully, while not perfect, complaints will decrease significantly.

Hardly. This makes little, if any, sense.
