New update, more land.

Could it really be that we are getting more land?
I for one would love that, and really do need more farmland. Have expanded all farmland, every fishing spot and all of town.

Edit: I think a new update is around the corner adding more land and revealing a new way to add friends, seeing as GC is being removed.

New land for new playing additions (like on the top of the cliff, maybe?) would be nice, but that would mean I would have to collect and save LEMs again and dang it, I just sold off a bunch! *sigh*

I think many players feel exactly as you do, Knitgal.

My guess would be across the river with a bridge that we have to repair/construct to open it up.

It would need to be something really interesting. If they throw more land at us like last time, I will not be expanding. I have plenty of room.

I have zero land available and my wife gets nervous every time I level up and unlock a new machine or tree. Apparently I complain and whine and struggle a lot with finding room. *shrugs*

That does indeed suggest that more land is on the cards; unless it was used as a form of a poll...but doing it like that on Facebook wouldn't really work as it's full of completely unreleased posts like "OMG Derbys so hard cry cry" "We want more free stuff" "Join my hood" "Some other brainless complaint" etc.

With that post, and on the back of the a bunch of new machines & trees in the last update it does give the prospect of more land realistic.

Oh dear, I just got done expanding the main farm (such an achievement! WHERE are the diamonds for that, huh? LOL) and have one fishing spot to go, which I should be able to expand in a few days. And then I was thinking about maybe possibly doing some of the plots across the road, although I don't need the space yet... but why not. And now this!? Can't wait to see where it will be.
