I am looking for an established fun neighborhood that LOVES to derby. I have a job and family so I am not on constantly. I do finish derby with 9-10 tasks depending on the needs of the neighborhood. I want to join a neighborhood that holds team members accountable but also has a heart. I am leaving my current team due to lack of leadership. We are a hood of 29 mainly from US & UK with others neighbours from Sweden, India,Paskistan,Vietnam & the Middle East. Farms levels from 39-134 town reps 6-42. The Gracious farmers are a very friendly hood who love to help. We love the Derby playing as a team,helping each other with all the tasks.I'm Grace the leader I'm not a dictator nor a push over. I will get rid of neighbours that harms the hood and our neighbours but I do like the hood to be a place which has not stress and a pleasent atmosphere so we can enjoy our games and enjoy chatting too.
We have a lot of hoodies that have jobs and children so fully understand real life's commitments so you don't need to be playing the game like a full time job!

We have a few guidelines to help the hood run smoothly and so new neighbour know how we work they are :

Respect each other be polite and friendly.

Help each other out when ever possible but pleased don't compromise your own game in doing so.

The derby is done with tasks at 270pts and above and like all 9 tasks to be done if possible.

We understand real life can get busy & of course going holidays if you very lucky so opting out is never a problem.

No diamonds are excepted to be used in the derby. They are your diamonds so it should be your choice 😊

We like you to chat, as we like to get to know you but you don't need to be as chatty as me,haha

We LOVE derby & we LOVE town!! Were looking for a few more derby winners who will do ALL they can to win those trophies! Were a 310+ NH but right now since were still small were doing ALL 320's!! Were on the championship league!!! The extra diamond task is REQUIRED (No Exceptions)!!! We ALWAYS get ALL of our horseshoes!! Everyone is made elders to help keep the lower tasks off the board!!
