defense: great just get ur AD, HT levels up. resources: get the storages up, preferably lvl 11 if you can. mines/ collectors, lvl 10 at least. army: barracks, army camps get those lvls up.

so should you cancel? its a 50-50 as you got defense down, which is more important, but I would still say no. but you are almost ready, though.

If it were me I would cancel and max out everything at th 8 but if you do go to th 9 you will be fine.

At a glance you wouldn't be to bad off but it's easier if you stay till you are maxed.

No need to max everything before going up in town hall level. The reason people don't is the loot penalty, but since most upgrades don't cost much it doesn't matter. I didn't max everything before I went to th9, and am having no problems at all.

A must is your air defenses. Lvl 4 teslas and higher are very good I hear. But you can upgrade your air defenses during the TH upgrade. I like your skull walls.
