if i where you, i would continue with the th9 upgrade, as your village is ready for it!

Are you kidding? I thought this was a joke. You are more than ready. There's time left to finish the army camps. 95% maxed is plenty.
I wouldn't say he's 95% maxed, but he certainly wouldn't be premature... if you look closely he still has quite alot of upgrades left to do. Most people would just look and see all skull walls and say he's ready, but cancelling it isnt a bad idea either.
OMG cancel that upgrade you are not ready!!
You still need to upgrade your builders huts..
Probably a higher level, a higher Townhall, better walls and better heros.
You are fine to go to TH9.
