I'm currently in a clan (The Immortal 50) a friend of mine started, which initially would war twice a week but has lately fizzled quite a bit, as he and his wife have essentially lost interest due to the fact our upper level folks aren't too good at their war attacks.
I'd be interested in trying your clan out if you're interested in me as a member. I'm a new TH9, and made sure to maximize everything prior to upgrading, and enjoy warring whenever declared.
