Why should you join? Well, you will get troops, and you will get war and you will also be supporting me. When we get going I asure you the banter will be following fast and freely. We don't want rude or mean people, especially not trolls. We don't want any players 12 or under.

Don't whine about elder or Co.
Eldership is considered after one month : you must meet all of the rules and be wise.
Co is considered after elder and you can be promoted at anytime, but remember you may be demoted without warning after serious breaches of our rules.
