The gold storages arent full and neither are the mines, where is the gold coming from?
Think its the loot penalty kicking in - if i understand correctly for a difference of 3 TH's (TH7 to TH10) you can get upto 40% of whatever is in storage (normal 20% * 100% penalty) & 100% of mines/collectors (normal 50% *100% penalty) So say he had 3M in storage, you'd be able to get 1.2M just from those.
Someone please correct me if the above is incorrect
No theres also a maximum and the storages weren't half full
