First time banned permanently

Happened to me too, being permanently banned without a warning and a clue.

I don't know why it happens. Is it because my gaming device is rooted and has tons of application installed including the 3rd party hateful-unpleasant-app like XModgames? I admitted that I used mod in the past but I stopped using Xmodgames on COC months ago since I got a message regarding safe and fair play because I didn't want to get banned.

Doesn't it mean COC scan through my device and secretly sniff around my personal/application data?

I feel like I'm going to waste my 3-year-time of playing this game and regret that I have spent a several hundred of dollars $$$ to support Developers because the game is addicted and fun ....

Why,like in my case, we were not notified by supercell that our accounts could be banned and instead banned witouth warning... 2 years and more to acheive my th level and xp and now banned why? What about the first wave when they were banned just for 14 days. Tell you something all is going down.. but I still have hope that Supecell restore my account and it is just a mistake and to discourage player to use thurd parties software♥

My acct was banned as well and the only thing i have is a jail broken phone so I could be on another carriers network. I've never used a mod or would know how.

The SuperCell must build the strong GameGuard to ignore 3rd software for no one player again banned. You will lose your PLAYER. LoL. I stop play this game. Thank you for anything SuperCell. I like you game

I do. It's their game. If they don't want cheaters to play it, it's well within their rights to refuse service to you. And, no, a Pokemon hack wouldn't trigger a ban. If your cheat software infected Clash of Clans with or without your permission, take it up with your cheat software maker. Supercell only bans players who have illegally modified their software.



Sorry, but you should have stopped using third-party cheats long ago. The ban is permanent.

So you're saying any game developer should be able to scan your personal device for software that "could" be used on their game or for competitor games on that device? Thats a load of ♥♥♥♥. If they arent smart enough to fix and find cheaters through their own servers and network then they really arent that good at what they do. Instead they have to scan your device, whether you're using a mod on their game or not, and you get banned for it. Seems legit. Whats to say they can't get passwords and who knows what else from all these devices they scan? All of you "master gamers" must be players that bought your game experience instead of looting and upgrading like the rest of us.
