First time banned permanently

Dear SuperCell,

Today, I am writing you as a humble "top war" player because a lot of people are getting banned from Clash of Clans for using "third party" software.
While everyone understands the concept of fairplay, allow me to give you a glimpse at what you consider as "cheating" is and means to us, top war clans.
I realise you might not even know about the existance of unofficial rankings.
Hello SC, we are your early adopters, hardcore gamers who saw in Clash of Clans an interesting gaming experience and took it to a next level.
If you aren't familiar with marketing strategy, I think you should look into technology adoption and how your "innovators" and "early adopters" clientele leads your product to reaching mass market.
Not only we give your game credit, we push it to its limits that even you might not be able to consider.
All elaborate attack strategies and defense layouts were concieved by being able to practice attacks. It took you almost 2 years to propose that feature.
We, your most devoted and passionate customers saw this flaw in your game way before you could even think of it.
We organise wars amongst us, mostly match our "kind" of clan (thanks to your upgraded match making algorithm), and a lot of tutotials and war recaps emanate from theese wars and then watched by your customers.
I don't think you are going to change your mind but just wanted to let you know you are killing your golden goose.
Soon, the interest in basic attacks and trophy pushing will fade and you will realise what you've done.

There was plenty of warning (6 months), plenty of explanation (clearly listed in terms of service, huge announcement on forums, and messages sent to every player in-game), and plenty of proof. How else do you think they caught you? You can read all about Supercell's Fairplay Initiative here.

But.... I did not use any third-party applications, hack & mods.. really..... that is the problem !
if i have used cheat... ok i play i lost... it's the game !

Why is it an eternal stop suddenly? I used CHITO certainly, but it wasn't used for an abuse and only the case that I disturb other players no, too was being done also the CHITOAPURI was also put out. Possibility of a stop is still also eternal suddenly for two weeks by the first time that, what kind of thing is a stop? I think the permanent stop is cruel suddenly in completely having cheat no relation. I regret that it closed using CHITO also it'll never be used, but only I want you to stop an eternal stop suddenly in spite of the one by which other players are a stop for two weeks. The resolution suspended for two weeks is done, but I think the eternal stop is unfair too sadly suddenly. Please take care of correspondence.

Sorry, but you had plenty of advance notice that cheating is never acceptable. 6 months ago when Supercell began their Fair Play Initiative, players were given a one-time warning and a two-week ban. Than period has long since been exhausted. Players who continued to cheat despite the thousands of players who had been banned knew they were taking a huge risk and have no one to blame but themselves.

If I may ask, what players? This hacking has been going on for days and supercell just bans people without thinking any further.

They need to realize that even if their servers are safe, they are effectively being hacked. People like us who put a lot of time into that game and real money are paying the price.

First of all, I wasn't banned...so pipe down trolls. I think it's pretty absurd though that SC is sitting on their high horse acting like it's not possible for false positives to occur. There's no apparent recourse for those that were banned and we're all to just believe their methods are perfect and they didn't just cast a wide net and took many innocents down with the guilty. Tell the people what they can do to prove their truly innocent, that's the easy solution to all these posts claiming innocence.
