First time banned permanently

i think for first time we banned for 2 week . its not fair ,, other member have another chance but i'm not . i give always banned with 1 mistake it's not fair . i wana kill myself i working hard 3 year for this game and know i'm shame with my friend . i'm very angry and not happy i'm very sorry for you supercell . you cant understand people . you cant understand what is fair play . all clans use a low lvl account woth xmod and he talk for all how attack enemy team and if banned not probleam because her account is lvl 5 ...

it's not fair when we join and help other for play your game and suport you company and you permanently banned with out any alarm its whats mean

I agree there must be equality for all clash of clans players. Sc management previuosly ban users for 15 days. Now this time who comitted by mistake even first time must not be punished as permenant ban. Sc must show equality among all users this step shows discrimination. I support banning those accounts permenant who were previously banned for 15 days and after this warning still caught using 3rd party apps. But you should give same chance to new users who caught first time they deserve 15 days ban first then permenant. Permenant ban to all users is not justified at all. Hope sc will think about it and treat all players as same.

Agree! Should do something else before permanently banned players since they may have first mistake or device had issue, then all many years hard work and money are gone

Unfortunately for you, you are solely responsible for your account. If you loaded illegal mod software on you device that affected Clash of Clans, that's an action that you took. If you allowed your friend to play your device and activate illegal mod software, that's also an action you took. Warnings were sent out game-wide 6 months ago.

Hola, es mi primer post ya que nunca he tenido ningún problema de este tipo en ningún juego que he jugado en toda mi vida. Jamás he utilizado algún bot, ni siquiera he modificado mi dispositivo para poder instalar alguno de estos programas, por lo que me toma muy desprevenido, es muy extraño.

No se si el mensaje corresponda a un baneo, ya que dice vetado y no baneado, pero no menciona ningún periodo de tiempo. ¿Perderé mi aldea para siempre, por algo que no he hecho?

He intentado ponerme en contacto con el equipo de soporte de supercell pero no responden correos, en el auto mensaje que envian cuando les mandas un correo mencionan que la ayuda la dan dentro del juego, lo que claramente no puedo hacer porque no puedo ingresar a mi aldea.

Alguien me podría ayudar explicándome de qué se trata mi sanción y alguna solución, de alguna persona que ya haya tenido que pasar injustamente por esto. Llevo mas de un año subiendo esa aldea y no seria agradable perderla por cualquier cosa. Y si hay alguna otra forma de ponerse en contacto con supercell, ya que he intentado todo lo que puedo y no hay respuesta.

No se si el mensaje puede ser en español, o si hay alguna sección del foro enfocado a los latinos, soy de Chile.

Por favor alguien que me ayude, se lo agradecería mucho.

Hola: A mi me paso lo mismo mi pregunta es cuando y donde me van a devolver el tiempo y el dinero que gaste en el juego. Nunca use mods y te vetan del juego así como si nada y lo pero que no contestan ningún mail. Si alguien obtuvo alguna respuesta se agradece mucho que la comparta.

I see many players bannded by mistake, 16 players of my clan get bann unfairly while i know they didnt use 3rd party software. SC should return acc back and start to rechecking for cheater, CS didnt lost only cheaters they lost part of very good players also, after my clanmate my clan isnt place to stay more, so all 48 players will leave this game , we were 2 years clanmate sure without them our clan doesnt value to waist our time there 😔

You agreed to the terms of service, you received an in-game message detailing Supercell's commitment to fairplay, you watched all the 2-week bans, and you still thought it'd be a good idea to cheat? You may not like how things ended up, but you have plenty of warnings that you chose to ignore.

Yep. I'm talking about sharkyfinn and mmmaka3m and some others commenting about those posts regarding the permanent ban. It is easy for you guys to post some casual comment and act all mighty just because those 'cheaters' deserves it. You guys don't know the hardship of some players, sacrificing hours just to farm that upgrade. Yes, I agree that cheaters and hackers should be banned. But Supercell is just banning everyone with suspected modding of the game without Verifying anything. Even a criminal deserves a trial. Are we worse than criminals? Some hardworking players got banned for various kind of reasons, and Supercell didn't even investigate properly. All we had is clowns like you guys commenting here and there, doing nothing to help at all except mocking our misery. If you guys are sent by Supercell to comment on the issue, don't bother. You are just making a joke out of yourself
