Yes you are right i have this problem too i am playing this game for 2 years and i just installed xmode on my phone and i did not use it much but today i got banned permanently this not fair while coc sais this is for fair play while i did not use xmode

Hi to all staff of board. i m one of those people who's account has been banned today at 1:45 PM GMT, but without any prior warning. i was checking updating and warning true SC Facebook community, after 4 hours of my account had been banned they have shared fairly playing banned update in Facebook. now i request to CuperCell for giving a last chance to their users community. when shared their update true Facebook by the change of time users comment is being increasing i m sure if SC don't give chance for their users, definitely they would lose their customer in all over the world. i by my self wast my golden time for 2.5 year , and purchased so many times gems stone as well.i should also mentioned that i really like to play and processed my village , but unfortunately its banned. hit like buttons if you people agree with me and raise up your hands by giving comments to SC in order to released banned account of their users community. thanks in advance.

When I try to log my CLASH OF CLAN it show that I am permanent banned that I didn't cheat or whatsoever I dont want to lose my 4 yrs of playing it that's why I never cheat cos there will be a consequence thats why I am afraid to do that and upon log in it earlier that was happen that Im banned, I already send an email please do fast resolution here I am.begging cos later on our war will start

I was banned today for no reason and its saying im using 3rd party app (they mean xmod) but i have iphone 5s on ios 9.3.5 and unjailbreakable and get banned and the same time my clash royale account not banned why?
Ban my clash royale account instead of clash of clans and this is my first time ever i got ban in a game and not temporary like others it say permanent

I agree there must be equality for all clash of clans players. Sc management previuosly ban users for 15 days. Now this time who comitted by mistake even first time must not be punished as permenant ban. Sc must show equality among all users this step shows discrimination. I support banning those accounts permenant who were previously banned for 15 days and after this warning still caught using 3rd party apps. But you should give same chance to new users who caught first time they deserve 15 days ban first then permenant. Permenant ban to all users is not justified at all. Hope sc will think about it and treat all players as same.
