First time banned permanently

I had total 3 account and yet never used any mods or other 3rd party apps for almost a year ever since the gave us the warning rule about Fair Play yet now all my accounts are banned Good Job Supercell Continue your great work.

If only I can go to court and demand for refund of my money I would do so because what displeased me most was accusing me of using cheating using 3rd party software LOL! I have money and I dont need to cheat to upgrade my troops.

SC mentioned that false positives are possible but it's unlikely to see one. It's not rocket science, you compare 2 things, if they are different then they are different. if any app changes the game files, by any means, even slightly, even if it doesn't change any gameplay or giving you advantage, it broke ToS and Supercell has the right to ban your village. Any apps, without any permission can see what apps you have installed on your device. Finding that you have used mod is not hard. But if you reeeaaallly believe that you have done nothing, contact in game support team otherwise you're wasting your time.

Everybody say that this is fair to ban any account which used a third party application,that is true, but not a PERMANENT ban . There must be a difference between those whom get their first punishment and those previously warned or banned for a short period of time. as it was the Super Cell approach to ban issue.

I honestly accept that i used Blue-Stacks app lately but the most important point for me was that to be able to play on a bigger screen (computer) and not to lose more eye sight because of small phone screens. and beside i get rid of battery problem and continuous phone discharges. and it is easier to chat with friends in clan chats and help them how to do the best attacks. I am really addicted to Clash of Clans.

After all i know that it is my mistake and my problem and i accept it, and i uninstalled that app and i promise you not to use it any more. i do apologize about it.
I promise you that these hours of ban is the biggest warnings and very seriously effective for all.
Please be patient and give me one more chance to have my account and my game friends.

FAIRPLAY IS NOT GONNA WORK IN COC ANYMORE

Super Cell Do u know one thing. Many of my friends are using Xmod for war simulations and You cannot identify them ever. Do u know how they are using XMOD:

They never use xmod on their real account. So they start new account and join the same clan . then use xmod on this account to simulate wars. then they will use the troops on their real account on war which xmod cant identify. If xmod bans their newly started account , they will begin another one and do the same.

Now most of my friends are doing this and the practise is spreading very widely and i am sure SC cant identify the real accounts as they never use that for xmod.

So fairplay is never gonna work and in near future everone starts to do the same.

You have been warned about it by in game message months ago, you have not listned to that and now you have got banned. Nothing is wrong with it.

I was banned. I know that it was bad, I know that I ignore the warnings. But I think that we need a second chance. But not without penalties. How about a two weeks of bann and the loose of all our gems. It would be an excelent penalty. But please not a permanent bann. We are all cheaters but not criminals

You are not modding the account, you are modding the game. So if you mod a game and you have 10 accounts, if you only use xmod when using 1 account all of those 10 accounts will get banned. I'm sure even if you use second device for modding Supercell will find a way.
