Assuming you don't care about your mine and pumps and those archer towers are going to level 8 and most of your lab upgrades are done your pretty much ready get your storages maxxed and barracks to 8 then start your th to 8
you can finish the barracks to 9 and walls while th is upgrading

Thanks guys, i think ill upgrade it after the gold storage is done, then ill upgrade the last barracks, the dark barracks and the storages when My TH is upgrading. I'll probably get all the walls done too.

The only thing i would do would be upgrade those mines and pumps!
