We are a level 5 clan and one or two wars away from becoming level 6. We are primary adults (over 30) and the accounts of their kids. The children have long lost the interest in COC and are not that active. Since level 5 we have lost 4 wars out of 31 or so.
Recruiting on global chat has yielded poor results. Currently our estimated luck is 1/1000 would fit in and not get kicked or leave. I have kept the clan small and only to essential members and accounts. Having 45 members and running 10 on 10 wars is dumb to me.
Our Coulter:
We don’t chat that much. There has been many times we have gone 24 hrs without speaking.
We rarely request, outside of war.
We issue a war plan before war start that people must follow.
We don’t promote quickly or easily. Just like trust promotions are earned.
