We are a brand new neighbourhood looking to grow.
At the moment we are three friends - from the U.S. And the U.K., starting out, trying to obtain that elusive goal of a happy, relaxed but successful hood. We have all been in different neighbourhoods and know what DOESN'T work so thought we'd attempt one that does! We are levels 40, 43 and 55.

We want to climb the Derby ladder -and have just SMASHED our first one with a 1644 lead!! But! We won't crack the whip or expect people to buy extra tasks - we just ask you to opt out of any tasks you don't want to do or if you can't participate.

We expect you to have a grasp of English so that we can all communicate with each other- you don't have to chat, but we'd like you to read the chat so you know what's going on in the 'hood.

We understand you have a life and don't expect this to be a burden on it- it's a game and we want to have fun and maybe even make new friends!

We aim to help each other with tasks, have a giggle, make friends and win Derbys ( but we won't cry if we don't win!) . We will listen to suggestions, we will help each other and we will try to make sure everyone is happy.
We will boot people who do nothing but take and blatantly ignore any attempt at communication. We will be firm and fair and expect people to play fair.
We welcome over 15's - any gender any nationality, - level 18 or above.
