Actually... its also in the storages. I did a calculation.

Each mine/collector holds 150K. With 6 mines/collectors thats 900K. You get 50% so thats 450K. Add onto that the loot from the storages which is 198K and the loot from the Town Hall (1K) and that is exactly 649K.
