Yes this would help. Currently I use a layout to group buildings together and plan upgrades .
Builder hit menu like that of the lab would be the best way to determine what upgrades you have to do.
Also could make the current builder status list work better by showing the biggest upgrade you can afford with available loot.
But with builder hit menu it could show both loot in storage and treasury also so you could really see exactly how much you got for upgrades.
This also could be useful for a test of the multi tasking your builders . More than one per building. But that might take more of an effort to make sure that gets made available.
This needs to stay up at the top
Supercell ruled out the idea of having several builders on one building.

Also could be used to limit the town hall upgrade till a % of current town hall upgrades are completed. And if below a minimum amount you blocked from war. Would help eliminate the engineered bases problem!!!! Hope to see it addressed in the next update next week!
