Thanks for checking out this post, it does mean a lot. Though this isn't much, and I am pretty much new to this leading a clan scene, but lets get into the main part. Also if you're here for the co-leader, check the bottom of this thread, please.

Some QnA.
I. What is Empower Blu?
Empower Blu is a United States located clan, established on August 19th, 2016. We are a a clan that is relaxed and wars once a week, or more depending on how everyone feels.
II. Strike System.
Since I do have experience in general in leading, I did think of adding an strike system. This is of course is modified to work with CoC. Each member will be given five shots, but strikes will have points. This is still under development, and most likely be simplified.
III. Donations
Donations will have to be on a good ratio, such as more or equal donations given than received. This is to mostly keep it fair and equal.
IV. Ranks.
I will keep this short;
No begging, earn it.
V. General Rules.
Va. Don't be an ♥♥♥.
Vb. Don't spam.
Vc. Give respect, earn respect.
Vd. Report inactivity.
Ve. Keep some sort of maturity (take light jokes, don't get mad, ect.)
