I would really like to see the new clan positions implemented. Not the seperate chat tabs, but the ability for a leader to set a private room up would be nice. I really hope a SC team member sees this and talks to the others about it. Clans are boring and unorganised, we need this. Great work!

But i really wanna know... are supercell really thinking about our ideas?
i know, in the sticky post ther's a list of all the ideas taken in consider, but they are really WORKIN' on something?
and if they are working, all the minor issues are they to decide? Why not making a discussion in a subforum, where they put what are they working right now, how well proceed, a reasenoble release date and maybe what do people think of it?

An excellent summation of all the clamor for reform! Clan updates and upgrades are far overdue!

Idea 2 is a little bit mehh in my eyes, for the big and serious clans donations are not exactly a problem. Plus some members aren't exactly active or able to donate as much as they receive... For example, in my clan we have a small population (somewhere between 4-8) that dont donate heavily due to lower level troops; no one has a problem in our clan since we let them in knowing perfectly well they can't donate often but saw the prospective. I don't know, I just don't see this one idea as a home run like all the others.

Last critique: The implementation of all these might be a tiny bit overbearing for the simplicity of the system currently in place (the multiple chats can make the servers a little busy and the screen a little over-filled).

An idea to add to your list:
Similar to the suggested button to go to a rules page, why not make the button go to a clan info page where the clan can post maybe some basic clan statistics (total battles/defenses won, donations, most donated troop) and inter-clan records (most trophy count, highest trophy by individual, most donations, most victories etc.).
Each thing (records, stats, rules) will be in small shrunk bars that you expand (like a see more). The clan description (vision) will be displayed with a clan banner, motto, emblem, background etc. on this page too.

This is a chat log ONLY for donations and request, cuz sometimes, the troop request get lost under other msg

I really like all of these idea for clan functionality. Except for the separate chat tabs. That may serve some good purposes, but I think it may make newbies and members feel excluded, and ignored by the rest of the clan. I think clan chat is great as it is, with everyone being able to talk in it. It definitely shouldn't be butchered.
