Anyone thinking about maxing Hogs now housing space has been reduced to 5 instead of 6? Has anyone found a good use for them?

I've seen one video of a 45 hog rider attack. They were very strong in the vid, with a few rages

A good tactic I've seen is 5 healers and the rest hogs. It works but their are more efficient tactics out their

I will eventually but am still wary of if it will be worth it, hogs just done have good synergy with other troops

i still dont think hog riders are worth it u already have troops that shot over walls and u could use wall breakers anyways (or jump spells) i will never use hog riders ever

I was already a fan of hoggies pre-update; unlike many.

With lower housing makes me an even bigger fan. They can work with any powerful army composition.

Sometimes I take 4 instead of an extra dragon when I go dragon raiding; you would be surprised how helpful they are if you use them at the right time.

I am guessing that you do not mean just taking out air defense, but charging into the heart of the base to protect the drags once the drags have taken out some core defenses. It would be interesting if you could explain your strategy

I found a way to use them!

There the perfect clean up troop, because they can jump over walls have pretty good damage but they don't have that much health, but that doesn't matter if there's no defenses. While archers and goblins and pretty much all the other ground troops have to break walls and they have sooooo much health that you'll run out of time. The only other good clean up troop is minions. So, just use them with about 30 balloons to take out the defenses and you will probably 3 star them.
