We are a smaller NH of 17 with busy lives so we are not on all the time. Sometimes I can be gone for half and hour and the chat count is almost to the max and other times I can be gone for 4 hours and only few chats. Sometimes you may have to wait to get the help. Like I said most of us have busy lives outside of the game. We have a few people that hardly play right now..one joined the army and the other has a heavy load at school. We accommodate people's lives. Sorry we will not be deleting these people. But we will be deleting people who commit to derby and don't do their tasks. There is rarely an exception to that..But note there is exception to this if occasionally a mistake is made. We are people who care first about each other and then the game After saying all this we do take our derby seriously even though derby IS optional. But if you do participate you MUST finish 9 tasks .... 300+ points. Most of our higher level members try to do 310 and up depending on what's available. We are recruiting so we can get about 20-25 members.
So if you like our philosophy come join us...help us grow and be patient ...this is going to be a full hood with lots of friends to help and chat up and more important a hood that cares about how your day went and how we can help. There are not a lot of rules here.... be helpful ...be polite ...be friendly ....and do your derby We have many wins under our belt and place top three most weeks...our levels range from 35 to 121.
We value each member of our team and work together for the good of all.
We would consider having another small NH join us if their members have the same philosophy about the game.
