I know you put in there that the clan has to win for it to count, and I imagine you did this so people can't go for easy targets at the bottom, but what is to stop a few people from doing this? I think the temptation people will have to go low would be difficult to deal with. Sorry, it's a pretty good idea, but I think it would cause problems.

Much harder as a high TH to get three stars than a low TH

No historical data on this exists so everyone starts at 0 (is that your intention)

Why does it need to be a second attack on a base that has already been raided and failed? That's just rewarding bad clans where players aren't raiding appropriate bases and stronger players are forced to clean up low bases.

I think what you're saying is basically TH 11's would be attacking TH 7's if this was in place. Just an example.

No, that's just overkill, say there is 2 th11s and 8 th10s the th11 could be tempted to attack one of the townhall 10s and leave the 11s to his mate.
